until I release my script (if I find time to work on it :/). I have done this tutorial which shows manually what the script does.

ive setup a .blend file with drivers so you just have to set the render size, the movie to track and the animation length.
pasteall.org/blend/7317
sadly, the drivers wont react on the changed resolution... but you can use it as template for hd :)
