Generally, I would agree with you and I avoid pancakes with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc. However, I make the occasional exception for bananas and one time apples (it was one of the best decisions I have ever made). And, in my defense, regular pancakes were not even listed on the menu! Only banana or blueberry. I think we can ALL agree I made the right choice there. Also, I didn't want to bring this up, but Andrea originally started out getting eggs that were over medium, now she doesn't care! She has been changing it up since the beginning!

cooked apples. It was at this southern style cafe in Brooklyn. I was nervous about it but they were really good. It wasn't at the grey dog, I have never been there though I have walked by it many times on my way to class. Is it good?

Not bad, not great. A bit overrated and overpriced. If I was in the area i'd stop in again, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. However, looking at their menu online it looks like fruit on your pancakes is now optional. thegreydog.com This is an exciting turn of events!
