This is the story of how we climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, to convince you to help rural Bangladesh climb out of poverty! With the £6000 you directly raised, we've built a women & girl's education centre in the village of Nikrail, set to open in Summer 2011.
It's widely acknowledged that the empowerment of women is the most important step towards alleviating global poverty.
Arohon is a tiny charity, taking tiny steps towards doing the biggest of things: helping the world's poorest climb out of poverty.
