I have produced videos for Alpha and Omega (Bens Father and Aunt) who sent me a track to listen to. I loved this track so much I volunteered to do a video. I got an email from Ben and Doo a few days before they were due to be inn Bristol to say goodbye to a few mates before departing to Korea to live. I asked if Doo could write Kayagum in Korean and email over to me, which is where the placard comes in. The Korean characters form the floors in the lift and on the stairs. This was filmed in Trenchard Street car park in Bristol in about 2 hours, I had been wanting to use this location in a video for a while and this seemed like the perfect opportunity, The scene in the lift was just amazingly simple using the mirros that were in there and overlayiing the graphics added another dimension to it. Then the bit where Doo morphs into Ben was fun to edit. Additional footage of Doo playing the Kayagum was shot by Ben in Korea and sent over for inclusion. The end sequence was using whatever outtakes i had and combining them with a still of Doo. There may have been a storyline at some point but I was happy to let go of that in favour of mashing up the visual elements with the glitchy dub step soundscapes.
