After failing to find a buyer for my old (POS) PC, I decided to toy around with it, and as a result uninstalled the old Vista OS and replaced it with Ubuntu.
I had heard of Linux before, of course, but never really looked into it until I stumbled across a couple of interface demos on Youtube. Blown away by the GUI's intensely visual nature, I decided to give it a go, and after an hour of painless installation and tweaking I was up and at it.
I'm still trying to find a buyer for my PC, but in the meanwhile I figured I'd make this little music video to show what the interface looks like to people who've never used it before. It's clean, very efficient, and extremely customizable - if not for its lack of support for high-end video editing, I probably would have switched over already.
