Ivana Ivković's installation, "Thank You Mr. Graham" making-of.
The photograph Thank you Mr. Graham was taken in the military SRO Deligrad, which belongs to the Military institution Dedinje from Belgrade. The course of search for an empty room in the area of Belgrade, in which it would be possible to position six beds, lasted two months. Before the wars in the former Yugoslavia during the nineties, the SRO Deligrad was used for temporary accommodation of military personnel working in Belgrade, and after the wars it was transformed into a refugee centre. Room 612, on the sixth floor of the SRO, in which the shot was taken, was the only empty room at that moment. Thanks to the kindness of the employees of the Military institution Dedinje, but in line with the prescribed protocol and authorization according to the rules of the Serbian Armed Forces I was permitted the use of rooms for the purpose of photographing for one day.
