This video clip was taken during my Sunday, 3 July visit to the 45th Annual Smithsonian Folklife Festival 2011 event on the Nationa Mall in Washington DC when as part of the African American Rhythm & Blues program that I captured folks dancing to William Bell and the Stax Music Academy (SMA) performance at the Motor City Stage during the 12 noon - 1 pm set.
