This is another video I put together for the Me Right Now project. I was making salsa for a holiday party this past weekend and decided that I would document the process. My cooking style is very 'seat of the pants' and experimental as are most of my creative processes. For those interested in my salsa mix illustrated in this video it was a blend of 3 tomatos, 1 onion, 2 peaches, 1 jalopeno, 1 long green chili, 1 Italian red and 1 Italian green pepper. Additonally salt, pepper, Santa Fe green chili seasoning and Splenda. The tortilla chips were Mission fajita soft wraps torn into pieces and fried in olive oil.
