Hard to say, the Velvia I like for it's "Kodachrome on mescalin" look, the higher speed negative stocks for how they handle low lighting and nighttime shooting. The B&W for its classic noir feel, and the much missed K-40 for its colors and low granularity. My least favorite is the made of sand paper Ektachrome 64T.

For developing I used Spectra for the Kodak negatives, Dwaynes for K-40 and Ektachrome, and Pro8 for their own stock. They each ran about $20 a roll, though Pro8 offers their stock at $30 with processing included.
