This is a story about a network of people in Alaska that’s been growing for more than five years; it is becoming a larger community of practice that I think can emerge as a positive system of influence. Why do we need to understand networks? What is “emergence”? How can we implement strategies that will effect local change and move on to larger systems of influence? How can social networks connect and how can virtual spaces help?
