Westercon 64 Business Meeting

The Business Meeting of the 2011 West Coast Science Fantasy Conference. This meeting was almost entirely consumed by the question of selecting the 2013 Westercon because no eligible bid won the ordinary balloting for the site of Westercon 66. This led to what may have been the largest and possibly longest Westercon Business Meeting in history, or at least since the disputed election at the 1985 Westercon.
