1 Hour of daybreak 23 Dec 2008 (Timelapse)
Timelapse is possibly the best way to see how clouds form, break, travel and merge. Conventionaly the method of capture is using a stabilised still cam with an interval timer, either a facility onboard the cam, or computer controlled shutter.
This was to be another sunrise but the clouds turned it into a daybreak sequence.
Converted from 1 hour of video footage with Sony Vegas Pro 8.
I just put the cam outside (in the dark) I didn't notice that I had framed the trampoline and rotary clothes airer until they appeared in the editor.
The light at mid right is a railway signal, long streaks of light are trains, the smaller lights are automobiles on the main highway.
The timecode is not really relevant, I was just testing here, the timecode applies to the first 1:4 pass through Vegas.
Two passes used to get to the final result. Second pass with the velocity feature. (Still learning Vegas on a needs to know basis.)
Graphics as per camcorder output (no enhancements).
