
Goose Cookin!

We are preparing our first Goose and basically every step in the process is about removing the fat, including this — the most special step. In the end we kept 2 cups of the fat to cook with and probably got rid of another 3-4 cups, not including the large chunks that were initially pulled off. Photos of the fat to be added. Apparently goose fat is great to cook with outside of eating goose.
