Wasting energy by guzzling oil? Try carbon caps: Encouraging alternatives.

A simple and humorous analogy on what carbon caps essentially do to break society's addiction to oil and therefore conserve energy. The unending guzzling of oil is kept in check with a cap, thus people find and use different fuel alternatives.

Some notes:
We hope the analogy is just 'odd' enough to stick in people's minds ("stickiness") while not overwhelming the audience with details (given 30 seconds, we were aiming for something short and sweet).

This project was conceptualized independently from any other project. (We were actually sitting in my living room enjoying gourmet lollipops. I had strawberries in cream.) So please, if you find this concept attractive, please do not steal it.
