A new personal character project I am working on. I am attempting to "uprez" concept from an upcoming MMO called Dragon Nest from EYEDENTITY games. I am creating a semi-realistic deform version of this Troll creature. I roughed it in Maya, brought it to Zbrush and worked out the shapes, then to 3d-Coat for retopology, back to Zbrush for a reprojection, then skinned it in Maya. Next up it texturing and building the creature Rig.
All of the deforms are 100% bone driven again. After I build the rig and finish the textures, I will create another lower rez version for UNREAL 3 engine.
I am doing this as a side project, teaching full time has been taking up most of my time. I use things like this to keep myself sharp with the various aspects of character/creature creation and animation.
