In the course of the 11th Festival for Fashion & Photography Vienna, the young designer Katrina Paz Jimenez CAUSA presented her new collection in a fashion movie in which Art Direction and directing her various facets as a designer are combined in one work and given proof of.

Even the debut collection "I AM" by P.K. Jimenez, who is involved as a dancer and dance choreographer in addition to fashion design, impressed strongly with a philosophical-conceptual context. The overall approach was based on hedonism and the resulting facets of the self-discovery and self-invention.

Her next work CAUSA especially deals with the use of various artistic techniques. The so originated short film is to evoke a particular emotional state in the viewer. The importance of grace and classical human proportions are questioned. The audience is led into an abstract, seductive, and sinister world at the same time, with the game of movement, nature, light and shadow and a special composed sound.

So was in contrast to uncanny and aesthetically not only a new collection created, but a work of art in the form of a fashion film, offering unequaled opportunities.
