hi, thx... hd next week.. i can only upload 1hd video per week.
    all shots are iso 800 , f1,8 , 50 mm

How did you lock ISO 800? Was the room brighter than it looks? Looks great.
  • Detective Boogie 1 year ago
no the room was just lit by the three candles. we spotted the cam to the control-monitor and grabbed the iso800 (as the monitor is much brighter), then locked exposure and ur ready to go :) yes its a bit uncomfortable. but u get used to it...

One question! when you record video if you plug lcd monitor to hdmi output can you see realtime?
  • Detective Boogie 11 months ago
yep! live view will be disabled (on the camera back) and you have rt view on the lcd. res is 720x480
actually the camera shows everything (menus etc) on the lcd. which is nice ;)

so that's nice, tnx for respons! one more question. same question but is it possible to get RT 1080p from hdmi?
if it s possible that's kinda. i can carry my laptop everywhere and capture directly to my computer by any format?!
  • Detective Boogie 11 months ago
nope...not possible as far as i know. only the live-view image will be on the hdmi output. if canon would do sth like that...hehe...who will ever buy ANY other camera again (even their own other products??) but for shooting, checking and quick reviews it's perfect

I love this test footage. Does anyone know how to not get these lens flares that I see on some of the shots like at :24? I found them a bit distracting but how would you shoot otherwise to not get these reflections?
  • Detective Boogie 11 months ago
it all depends on the angle of lightsource to lens. direct light (point lights) will almost ever produce those flares...hehe funny thing cos nowadays they sometimes bring em back in in post because of the look ;) anyway watch ur angles and find one where they are almost gone

Très belle ambiance, soulignée par cette gymnopédie d'Eric Satie

Great work. Wow. This is breaking the case for buying a 35mm adapter. Once realtime playback and auto focus are added.... what IS the point of buying any other camera (video or still)?

Wow.... Stunning work!....How long can you shoot in one take. I read 12 minutes is the max.... True or false.
    Cheers.

    Simple, yet beautiful.

    The texture is mind-blowing!

I should have waited for this 5D :(. I got the previous one.

What were your writing? If I may ask :)
  • Detective Boogie 11 months ago
of course you may.. i was just writing some fake-script. if you look close u can barely see typical movie script formatting... ;) and well....maybe there's something coming.... ;)
