OK. I got the frame done. It needs a lot of tightening up and maybe some lock washers and/or drops of crazy glue. Some wiring needs to be added so stuff doesn't pull too tight when steering. One motor wire unplugs if I steer too far. Of course, it also needs the solar cells. They will basically just sit on top and hide the whole thing. Just the fact that I can get it to roll fairly fast on just batteries gives me a warm fuzzy that this will work. The four wheel steering is cool too.

In the video, I am controlling it with the PC with a mouse. That's why everything is delayed.
