In college I lived with 4-5 guys in a house that I rented. I became an obsessive freak because of the shared spaces not being respected. I'm actually kind of a slob in my own spaces, but when it's shared, it has to be ship-shape. I feel your pain.

Bachelor boy trick number 1: Put the dirty dishes in the refrigerator. They don't mold that way.
