Artists Ligorano/Reese install their ice sculpture "Main Street Meltdown" in Foley Square on the anniversary of the stock market crash in 1929.
Takeo and Shintaro Okomato are on hand to set up the ice sculpture of the word "Economy." Nick Normal assists Nora and Marshall in the set up. Their friend Virginia Buchan is there, too; as were a number of close friends throughout the day.
