ofxBox2d 007

OF 007 is out and in the spirt I have made a ton of changes to ofxBox2d. Everything is official hosted on Github and no longer google code.

ofxBox2Poly has been rebuilt and now extends ofPolyline so you get all the nice helper functions like simplify, resample etc. Also added triangulation for polys so that you can make triangles from a complex polygon.

Forces are completely updated thanks to Golan for all the fixes for angle of forces. Still working on a stable iPhone release. Download and play around, make something awesome!
