Various nighttime timelapse of mine from the last few years. Some of the source footage has flicker from the equipment and techniques used at the time of shooting.

All shot with Nikon DSLRs. I don't have the source footage online at the moment so it was easier to just cut this together quickly from my original renders.

This is fascinating. I had a friend many years ago in Toronto, John Porter who used a film camera for time laps. When you say "All shot with Nikon DSLRs", do you mean you took many many still shots? Just very curious and of course dumb as a stick.

Yes, many still shots at different intervals. Some using the in camera intervalometer, some using various external intervalometers to trigger the camera. Then, I create video using the stills from the camera.

As for film camera, do you mean just a regular film SLR? Or a motion picture film camera for shooting timelapse? I have friends and family that do that as well. I assist from time to time too.

Sorry Chris, it looks like it's been 27 days since I've visited Vimeo....talk about time laps. Anyway yes I should have said motion picture and it was film, long before digital. I'll go Google intervalometer and watch some more of your stuff
