I've been working in XNA for the last few days putting together a game engine (not too different from FlashPunk) for creating multiplayer prototypes in.
The engine works great, my rendering pipeline and homebrewed physics engine allow me to do some pretty cool stuff, as the video demonstrates with one of the many multiplayer ideas I've had over the past few years.
