We love making Chinese Dumplings, especially with friends and around the New Year. We made these today for lunch with the Currits.

Eddie O'Neil 1 year agoGreat video -- that looked like great fun! One of the best dumpling experiences I had was in Beijing where they'd been steamed and then their tops were deep fried and dusted with sesame seeds. And...now I'm hungry... :) -
