The getting ready at Adeline's home was really nice. There were so many of her close friends and family members there. I always like this kind of environment that leads up to the anticipation of walking down the church aisle. As for Shane's home, it was exactly the same scenario. Everyone was chilling and taking their time getting ready including Shane. While the bridal party, myself and Jim Liaw arrived a bit late to church, I was so glad James and Daniel was there already. If I was alone covering this wedding, I would have gone worried and stressed.
Adeline and Shane's wedding reception took place at E&O Hotel. They had a few interesting things going on for the guest to be occupied with during the cocktail hour. Two of them was a photo booth by SayCheese and Candy bar by Sugar.
Its been quite a while since I last spun out a SDE. Since the arrival of our baby boy, my wife Sharon has taken maternity leave to take care of the small boy. So I had to take up this task which usually I don't because I am usually filming. The pressure was lighten with James and Daniel assisting me on this shoot. I have finally learnt that it takes teamwork in our line of work. I am glad I am not alone in this anymore. Taken a look at some of the best wedding cinematographer in the world, they too have a team of crew to help them. Otherwise, it would be too much to handle.
I was a little bit ambitious in this SDE. I cannot resist the temptation to include some shots of reception to make it jaw dropping to the guest. Impossible? Yes it can...when you have a team :)
It was shown at 9pm on Adeline and Shane's wedding day. We caught Adeline teared while she watch this. More on that later.
Enjoy and do leave us some love!
