Karlsruhe Problem 6: My problem with Karlsruhe is that the river doesn’t run through the city. Different as in other cities the Rhine is far out – you nearly can’t make it there after quitting time. There is no infrastructure, no kiosks, no hangouts, no beer AND you are prickled by the mosquitos. To mention only a few of the problems the location of the Rhine far outside of the city entails.
