Back in the 90's, the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife reintroduced bighorn sheep into the Columbia River basin along the Oregon/Washington border. Today, these sheep are thriving where other populations have suffered from predation, habitat loss and pasterela outbreaks. I was able to get up on these rams and spend about an hour with them.
