What began as a simple decision to take a single Hindu studies course has led Raj Balkaran on an intellectual and spiritual journey, where he developed a deep interest and passion for the oral tradition and the Indian text, “Greatness of the Goddess.” Raj’s academic background, coupled with his desire to inspire others through stories, collaborate well with his teachings at Yoga Festival Toronto (YFT). Raj will be holding a session for children where he will share fables of the east, as well as an enriched session on Sunday evening, where he will discuss “The Greatness of the Goddess.”
