One year ago, Pakistan was hit by the worst flooding in its history when monsoon rains swept away homes, bridges, and roads, leaving millions displaced. Over the past twelve months, Action Against Hunger has played a crucial role in the country’s recovery, providing a range of post-emergency services for some 670,000 individuals struggling to recover from this traumatic natural disaster.
The Pakistan Humanitarian Fund, a consortium of humanitarian NGOs working to support Pakistan's recovery, produced this video to showcase the collective impact these agencies have had in restoring independence, dignity, and self-sufficiency to communities affected by the floods.
