The hndrx is a "jimi hendrix reference" to his penchant for feedback and the fact that this is created through a number of techniques, one of them being a form of visual feedback. The smokey and star like patterns this program can generate bring Hendrix to my mind as well. As soon as I set the first version of this up and noticed this weird correlation, I started trying to program it to catch what in my mind is a visual tribute to Hendrix and kind of a representation of the "vibe". He is a major influence on my music and guitar playing, and I thought it was nice to try a visual/programming tribute.

This also has audio and motion detection enable modes.
