any particular reason you used that instead of a lookat constraint?
the "track-to" constraints (max uses lookat) tend to rotate incorrectly (like in a clockwise/counterclockwise fashion) when they follow an object. the IK constraints point at it rather than spin around following it.

I have a question.
i have seen that ppl using arrow sign (i guess its path) to some of riggin jobs. How is it made that?
* I clicked the face and went in weight paint mode.
* But as soon as I selected a bone in weight paint mode, I automatically went back into object mode.
* Another weird thing: I can only scale the bones in their length => make them longer or shorter. Not flattter, like you sometimes doe. What am I doing wrong?
