This is the process of making the wedding invitation using the Gocco (pronounced GO-KO) printer. This print required two passes, two screens, four bulbs, three colors and color blocking. The invitations were printed on 5x7 cards using the PG-11 model. Sadly, all Gocco printers were discontinued in 2008, but you can still find supplies and printers on ebay.
The name ‘print gocco’ is derived from the Japanese word gokko (ごっこ), loosely translated as “make-believe play”.
