Dear Straight Mormons,


Let's talk about choices.

Think of the person you love. You may even be married to them.

Now imagine that the Church said that never, no matter what, would it be okay for you to go on loving that person. Would you obey? Could you? And what would you think of the people who expected you to? Some people, who may have compared you and the person you love--who you may even be married to--to pedophiles, or alcoholics. Could you make that--choice? It is a choice, after all.

I think I can predict your answers, but we will never know. And that is just so convenient.
