1. Flying with Dean on New Years Eve 2008
11 months ago
Dean took me out flying with his 1964 Cessna 140. It's a Beautiful little taildragger. It has a 100HP Continental engine and it runs great.
It's hangered at Deer Valley Airport DVT and we took off from 7L and continued East for a while till we were over Bartlett Lake and then North for a while up the Verde River and back. The Weather was an awesome 70 degrees. Not bad for 12/31. We did a few stalls and you will see from the video the plane barely drops a few feet before recovering. Then for the just for fun Dean slips it in for for a smooth landing.
