In 2006, the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia set out to grow interdisciplinary practice in Nova Scotia. They knew that traditional approaches had failed to produce lasting, system-wide transformation, and so they engaged Chrysalis Strategies to partner with them as they journeyed through the U, using the Art of Hosting as their operating system.
