Oak Lodge Sanitary District provides sanitary sewers and surface water management for a population of 30,000 in Oak Grove – Jennings Lodge – Oatfield Ridge – and portions of Gladstone and Milwaukie. The District is responsible for protecting and enhancing our community’s watersheds and streams.
