Foodists contributor and outdoorsman James Sherrett was recently interviewed for an episode of "Pinched" on CBC's Early Edition with Rick Cluff.

Sherrett tells reporter Shiral Tobin about the growing foraging trend and how, with a little time and effort, he saves money on delicious fresh foods from fiddleheads to mushrooms and even crabs by sourcing them from the environment surrounding us. Of course he wouldn't share his secret spot for catching crabs...
