Hi, This is a one-man summer lip sync animation and character design I did for a school project at University west "Sweden".

Started this character design from a traditional sketch and sculpted a Chavant clay sculpture to develop the design further. When I was satisfied with the character design I wanted to make the character in digital 3D. So I created some Image planes from photos of my clay sculpture and started to model the basemesh in Maya and sculpted the details in Zbrush.

The sequence was made in Maya using blendshapes, rigging and straight-ahead keyframe animation.

This is the end result, hope you like it.
