Iraq combat veteran, Ethan McCord, who was seen in the Wikileaks Collateral Murder as he raced to save the lives of two Iraqi children who had been shot in that now famous July, 2007 incident.
Ethan discusses the rules of engagement and his how his powerful emotional reaction was belittled by his command.
