We all know how terrible a summer we’ve had this year, so wet and chilly. Well, on Kevin & Gloria’s wedding day it rained and rained and would not stop. Kevin & Gloria were going to have their ceremony in the Centennial Rose Garden on Burnaby Mountain followed by lunch at Horizons Restaurant.
