    For those wondering, the ides is a roman term meaning more or less the middle of the month, in December's case the 13th day of that month. Now assuming the post date of this video (4th of August) about equals the shaving date, that means it took 7 months and a half to grow this.

    I'm glad you like it! Tom had been talking about shaving his head all summer. He actually wanted to make a short film in which he played 3 different characters. One full hair/beard, one razored off, and one in between... but the script never came to be.

    So, he said he still wanted to shave his head... so I said let us film it in a fun way. I had seen things like this before... so I wanted to give it a shot.
