Using the alias Flug 8, Daniel Herrmann has been producing music for a while now, and thanks to the needs of discovery of Martin Gretschmann (Acid Pauli, Console, The Notwist), Flug 8 has released a debut on Smaul Recordings.

Hard to be nailed on any genre-board, "Hypnotische Wellen" is a good example how Flug 8 combines melancholic electronica with kraut-techno elements to form a floating tune that glides through its own special cosmos.
