"Séance" is my graduate thesis film for my trainee as a media designer for image and sound. Like all my classmates I had to create this entire film - filming, cutting and all the other stuff - within 18 hours. Also there was a 4 minute limit for the "main-part" of the film. So the whole story has to be told in these 4 minutes which was a big challange for me.
For all people in front of the camera it was the very first time to be an actor for a film. The music was composed by myself.
Except for a few minor things at the first half of the film i am very happy with the final result, especially because it is a no-budget movie.
The film was cut in Sony Vegas, the SFX was done in After Effects and the music created with Renoise. I dont remember the camera, but it was one of the better and bigger DV-cams from Sony (no, it was not filmed in HD).
