Your system comes equipped with a feature called "Chime." When your system is disarmed, opening a door or window with a Pinnacle Security sensor on it triggers an audible report like "Back door open." This allows you to be aware of the comings and goings in your home without the need to be within visual range of the door or window.

This feature can be toggled on or off by pressing the "down" button on your panel and selecting "Chime."
