A group of young friends are having a party, and are concerned about the distinct lack of guests. One of the guests leaves, only to return later to interrupt a romantic encounter with his teeth. The victim is taken to hospital, where it is apparent that more such cases are arriving in droves. A government official turns up to take control...

The next morning, at the party's aftermath, Steve, the house-owner goes off on another drug run only to come home and find his housemates have developed a yearning for fresh, human flesh...

A week later, a few straggling survivors of this holocaust huddle around a camp fire only to find out their nightmare is not yet over...

This film explores the themes of government conspiracy and attempts at mind-control.
