In early August Dan introduced me to the Colorado Trail outside of Breckenridge. It is an awesome ride for high speed single track with a grueling climb that leads you to views of Keystone Ski Resort and ends with one of the longest downhills that I've done. Since I'm still new to my Pivot Mach 5 and the trail I took it relatively easy...you can see Dan speeding away in the distance. I absolutely love my new Pivot Mach 5. I haven't really had the time to dial in the suspension but it is just so smooth.
Technical Notes - I shot this with the VIO POV.HD at 1080p, 30 fps, however, I had to reduce the resolution (H.264 compression) and size (to 1280x720) in FCE to get it to a reasonable 2 gig size. I had the POV running with noise reduction and sharpening on and the exposure set to -1. This upload has nowhere near the clarity of the original. Still figuring out the POV...tried several clips at 720p/60fps but I didn't get any usable footage.
