In this animated short film, a pile of leaves becomes a source of anxiety, contention, and joy. The music is from Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings in C.
The story was inspired by my girlfriend's grandfather, who was, shall we say, fastidious in his lawn maintenance.
All the animated assets in the film were created in Adobe Illustrator. Animation was done in After Effects and the audio was mixed in Soundtrack Pro.
