I've been sitting on this for over a week as i had to have radio silence on it. Basically a tweaked version of boxee with support for a number of things - the main one however is the support for the BBC iPlayer.

As i have now swapped from using the appletv to my macbook pro because it can play HD much better than the apple tv could - the apple tv is very under powered really for anything in HD but can play normal video files and internet content pretty well as long as your bandwidth allows.

I would love to see boxee put some scheduling and background downloading in.
