I am a bit surprised that i didn't see anyone with a helmet on during the bumpy stuff...
Thanks for the comment - glad you like it. We deal with the subject of helmets in the DVD, emphasising it's a personal choice while encouraging folk to wear them. Our team prefered not to, and Gordon rarely wears one.
