More than 123,000 people across the country have a signed a petition to call on Chase bank to find a way to keep Tim Collette in his home permanently. Despite the public outcry, Chase sold Tim's home the very day his soldier son returned home on leave from Iraq. Just after Aaron got off the plane from Iraq, he and his father recorded a thank you video to their change.org supporters. Tim is currently working with a lawyer to take legal action against the foreclosure.
